Payflex support

Ive been using this platform since 2022 and never had problems until this year last month I returned a laptop and the original method was paid back so it went to my payflex wallet.I withdrew it on the 8th of Aug today is the 6th of Sept.When I call the line doesnt go through I have logged so many calls with support please help what can I do I need the money
