Payflex Sets The Bar

Payflex is a multi faceted company & is not simply a finance company. Yes they offer finance to buyers but also represent said buyers while hosting & representing merchants. That's a bunch of moving parts & is not an exact science. To date I have had two serious issues & even though they had nothing to do with Payflex, the Support Team were still willing to step in, assist & resolve the issues. The last incident Lindiwe played a pivotal role in a complex issue & ensured that it was resolved within a few hours with all the relevant players being on the same page & satisfied. The Payflex Support Team, in my opinion, sets the benchmark for support & is a tough act to follow. As far as Buy Now Pay Later companies go, Payflex again sets the bar & personally I favour them above others.
