Payflex sends **** payment advise

Following me having to get legal advise for the unauthorised monies that Payflex had been deducting from my account, they send me proof of payment today claiming they paid me on the 7th. A quick check of my statement and a call to my bank confirms no money was paid. I'd like to know if they really paid me or if theyre quite happy to be dishonest about it thinking I wont check ? I'd advise anyone not to do business with a company that acts in this manner. Sjoe.
