PAYFLEX RUDE COMMUNICATION AND GARBLE
Last thursday tried to pay my outstanding payment but app wouldn't load orders. Friday the same. I emailed them. No reply. On Saturday received a rude email informing me due to bad payment history Im suspended. Fine. I don't care Mr./Ms. Babalwa. What I do care about is finishing my payments to you but your APP is not loading the f orders julle bleddie onnosels! I wrote Babalwa how do I pay by eft? No comprehensible answer.

We looked into this and you were told exactly how to pay via EFT clearly and detail in the response sent to you on Tuesday.
The exact process was sent to you and reads as follows:
In order to pay via EFT, please follow the steps below.
1) Go to www.payflex.co.za
2) Select the "Shopper Login" option at the top right of the page.
3) Login using your Payflex credentials.
4) Once Logged in select the payment plan you wish to pay by selecting "View Order"
5) Select the Make Payment button.
6) Select if you wish to pay the next installment or the total amount outstanding and then press the "Make Payment" button.
The following screen will appear
7) Select "Pay via EFT".
8) Select "Continue"
9) Select the bank you bank with and then follow the instructions from your bank. Should you not bank with any of these banks then please return and pay by card.

26 Sept 2024, 12:39Why don't allow for one to pay through the app? That's a very unfriendly user experience. Like punishing people because they defaulted.
