PAYFLEX ROGUES

My first time experiencing difficulties with payflex, I have been a customer for over a year. i made payment to my account and was debited again for the same amount. I have been trying to contact them for the past week I have multiple ticket numbers where not one person has called me back. The bank says it's payflex that needs to refund the money as it went to them but upon messaging them online says the fund go to the seller. I contacted the seller and was told payflex pays the seller in full and the money goes to them after.

Very frustrating as I cant get help from them nor am I getting any call backs with the tickets I was able to lodge.

I was not expecting this type of service and probably will not be using them again.
