Payflex registration FAIL

An absolute terrible customer experience! I have been waiting since Monday 31 Aug to be registered and I've lost some deals on Takealot as a result. The support page means nothing as they've closed my request without resolution. I cannot believe that a simple biometric step, which fails on their end and not mine, cannot be resolved. An email is received right after said step fails requesting that one replies to the email and attach a photo and ID yet as soon as it's sent, an email is returned stating that the email is no longer in use! This has happened numerous times!!

This has by far been the worst experience I've had with just a mere registration! They have no chatbots or contact number which is really frustrating from a customer experience perspective so one literally has to sit and wait even though I have logged a few tickets/queries, the same thing on repeat.

They definitely do not have customer service or experience as a pillar or value in this company - that much is evident!!
