Payflex Refuses to refund calling it ***** but who’s the *****?

Payflex refuses to refund me my money.

I was using my dads account to transact since 2022 if I’m not mistaken, my dad lost his phone which prompted a change in details. Payflex had me verifying his identity every minute and my dad was willing because he gave me the permission to use his account and Payflex has never had a problem with this because they would allow any card to make payment.

They changed their system to request for a refund instead of refunding the original card payment was made from and that’s where the problems started.

I had no problem with this system because I enjoyed their services and payment was always on time but after the number to get my otp died I had to change details and that’s where they had me and my dad verifying every 2seconds if they were not ignoring me

After 3 months of back and forth they accused me of ***** despite all verification’s and blocked the account.

I understand not wanting their services to be used against their rules but I’d like my refund back to the original card that paid that’s all. We use Payflex cause it allows us some form of money relief this is why losing R698 is a big problem for me cause I need ghat money and I worked hard for it
