Payflex Refunds

There is no way of getting a hold of these people, emails only get answered after a week.

Calls do not get picked up.

I settled an order early, however the normal instalment were still deducted. Sent an email, its been over a month now, no sign of getting my money back.

And I unfortunately cannot write it off as it is a substantial amount.

Been using them for years and have settled orders early previously with no issues.
