Payflex refunded less than what I've paid them, I want my money

I bought an item using payflex payment, but it had a fault I returned the shop paid back the amount back to payflex but payflex has credited me less money that what I've already paid. Been calling their customer line just rings answered, emailed still didn't get help. I want my money back back please the amount that I've paid
