Hi Marshunt
Thanks for your review.
However we do need to point out a few very important points based on your review.
Payment dates are every 2 weeks as per the Payflex terms and conditions
https://payflex.co.za/terms-conditions/ which are accepted each time a customer uses the Payflex service. This is available for review at all times for a customer to review.
The use of the Payflex service is voluntary. One just needs to adhere to the terms and conditions.
Remember we are providing this payment plan at no cost to the customer.
See section 7 of the terms and conditions. We paste this below for ease of reference.
https://payflex.co.za/terms-conditions/#**********618-0b552d06-d56f7.1. No fees or interest will be charged in respect of the Instalment Plan, provided that all Instalment Payments are paid in accordance with the Instalment Plan.
7.2. No fees will be charged to open or use a Payflex account.
7.3. Default Fees and Default Interest will be charged in accordance with clause 8 and 9 below if an Instalment Payment is not paid in full on the due date as detailed in the Instalment Plan.
All we require is that a customer pay back the purchase as per the agreed payment plan dates.
If a customer does pay on those dates it incurs costs to Payflex. These costs need to be added as penalty fees to the missed instalments. I am sure you would agree that it would be unfair to expect Payflex to carry the costs for customers not meeting instalments on the required payment dates.
All these fees are within the regulatory requirements. Kindly refer to section 8 and 9 of the Payflex terms and conditions.
We trust this clarifies the points raised in your review.
