payflex payment and account probles

payflex is pathetic everything was going well now my payflex account has been given me problem i cannot make eft account payment are not going through i have sent countless of email with no respond or solution this contact details *** they always cannot take calls because of high volume.its always aww something wrong when you making payments then additional charges they cannot deduct you cannot make payment my limit has even went down and no one say anything pathetic
