Payflex / Parties4africa pulling a fast one on customers

Payflex follow up service for the vendors whom they advertise on their site which can be used by paying with Payflex is pathetic. I logged onto Payflex site and found Parties4africa as a vendor endorsed by them. I made use of the vendor and placed an order 3 March for well over R800. According to Parties4africa website (Payflex affiliate) I needed to pay extra R155 for delivery which should take between 48 - 72 hours. Now hello Wednesday 9 March was well over 72 hours. I called Parties4africa numerous time only to find voice-mail. I called Payflex seeing that they are the middle man here for assistance and politely get sent an email saying that they don't get involved with trying to locate the vendor if orders are not delivered. And to add cream to the cake the email says that irrespective if you receive the items or not you are liable to still pay Payflex as you wouldn't tell a bank you not paying your credit card if you used it. Now hello! Stop the bus . The bank doesn't advertise on behalf of other vendors I make a choice myself by who I want to use my credit card. However be mere implication that these vendors are on Payflex store directory should tell me that Payflex did the necessary background checks as to reliability and accountability of the vendor. Don't try to step out of the water now, take some responsibility for making contact with the vendor how did you sign them up in the first place. If this is the case then i wish to know how many vendors on the site are reliable at all. My grandchildren birthday is on Saturday 12 March, today is 10 March already yet lo and behold no delivery yet. Stop wanting to make a fast buck off others Payflex and Parties4africa deliver on your promises

Reviewer Update
In response to my post I received a call from Chris Olsen in less than 1hour after posting on Hello Peter. He apologised for the agents hasty response to my query and assured me that the sale of the items from the vendor will be cancelled and that I would be reimbursed the money already paid. Later the same evening I received proof from the Payfelx finance dept in this regard and on 14 March my money which was paid was in my bank account. My appeal however to Chris was to review this vendor as they didnt' hold up to their promises and **** about the items been sent out on delivery. This was my grandchilds last birthday and she picked the items hence my disappointment when I was let down like this by such Parties4Africa. Thanks again Chris for assisting.
