PAYFLEX ONE purchase TWO PAYMENTS

Ive bought some products on the 6th of January 2025. I did payment threw PAYFLEX. We are sometimes struggling with our internet and the first purchase did not go through. So I made another purchase and it was successful. But when I went to my Payflex account there were two orders for the one purchase I made. The merchant were I bouht my products from cancelled the first purchase but with PAYFLEX there are two payments for the saame order off products. Ive tried to phone, WhatsApp and email with no success. So now I am going to pay double. I am very disappointed. Buy for a long period through Payflex with no issues. There costumer service is terrible.
