Payflex offers nothing but terrible service!!!

Paid for my order before they deducted and it said payment unsuccessful, however money was still deducted. I then received an email saying I defaulted and had to make an extra payment to avoid penalty fees. The service is extremely poor! Is this how you treat your customers? Emails are left unanswered, and calls are not going through! Refund me my money!!!
