Payflex not honouring cancellation due to their mistakes

Despite not using their services and cancelling the contract with Payflex due to their negligence and their agent admitting his mistake, Payflex continues to debit money from my account. Emails are simply ignored and now I am going to take legal action against them. Warning others to remain vigilant where this company is concerned.
