Payflex not helping

I have a complain about payflex, a month ago i wanted to open an account, the system said my ID number was already in use. I wrote to their customer support, they said they are investigating the matter. Now am getting a message that they only communicate with customers whom they have existing email address with. I practically reported ***** with payplex , but is being ignored. Someone out there is using my ID number with payflex, and am being ignored.
