Payflex-No Support for *****ulent Account

I’m extremely disappointed with Payflex's support. Someone opened a Payflex account using my personal details — and it wasn't me. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with their support team to report this and request that the *****ulent account be closed, but I have received no meaningful assistance.

This is a serious identity ***** issue, and the lack of urgency from Payflex is alarming. I expected better protection of personal information and stronger support protocols. At this point, it feels like they are simply ignoring the issue.

If someone can help resolve this, I’m still open to communication — but so far, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
