Payflex no longer working

I’m very disappointed with payflex I have made payments last month and this month but I have not received the payments confirmation and on the app it not written “paid” but the money did go through I even have proof of payment , when I try to reach out to them via email and WhatsApp they don’t respond and I have just checked now their WhatsApp is no longer working as well as their cellphone number does not go through I wonder what going on with payflex
