Payflex no customer support

Payflex has no customer support. My account has been hacked a new card was added and the person bought on my account. I have been trying to call Payflex and email aswell. More that 50 calls countless emails says . You issue has been resolved. Contact number doesn't work. I am stuck with the remaing balance of the purchase.
