Payflex - NO Customer service or Response

Reading other customers reviews just confirmed that Payflex is not really helpful. I selected on my account the account they should use for deductions (I have 2 cards selected) and I made sure they use the correct one. Which they didnot use they've taken from the card that was not selected which resulted into leaving my account in a BIG minus costing me lots of banking charges, when I confronted them about the mistake they have made, they said they wil get someone to contact me in 72 hours...144 hours later still no one has even bothered to get in touch and the next moment I get a email saying they have closed my ticket and it has been resolved. my next installment is due in 2 days, wonder which account they will use now since my choice cleary doesn't matter, what is the use of having the option to select your bank card if they do what ever they want.
