Payflex money not refunded

On 2nd Dec 2025 I paid for goods using payflex at the store,I loaded a new card number to make my 1st payment, there was an error at the store and the store had to cancel the transaction however payflex debited my account. We hdvto redo the transaction then I used the existing card already loaded on my payflex and the payment went through, I have been trying to contact Payflex to return my money however every call I log get closed with the reason that the payment was voided on their side but the money is still not reflecting in my account in-state Payflex is busy charging my account with unnecessary fees.
