PAYFLEX - ****mers ???

I used to think Payflex was great, but now I think they've lost the plot. They are impossible to get a hold of when you have an issue. I have tried reaching them on both their WhatsApp no and the email address provided numerous times and all I get a ridiculous & pointless automated response that makes no sense or tells you to try again. And in the meantime my issue remains unresolved ( missing 3k) . I seriously caution anyone considering making use of this credit facility. Makes me wonder why the lack of transparency 😡😡😡, what are they hiding ???
