Payflex lacks customer service

I returned an item bought through Superbalist and paid for through Payflex. Superbalist confirmed that the funds had been returned to Payflex.

Despite using the correct login details and resetting my password multiple times, I cannot access my Payflex account to get my refund. Payflex has ZERO customer service. Their bot keeps telling me to change my password, do a verification, but it still does not help. Their telephone number does not allow you to speak to a human being. After back-and-forth messages with their bot, the messaging ended with their bot.

All I want is my refund.

I will never use them again
