Payflex is unfair

Payflex is unfair I have payflex account I've been paying them right all the time until this month I had some problems.And there's no phone number where you will call them to explain your situation or them calling you but they will keep on adding unnecessary money to your debt.It helps a lot but their way of working with customers is not right.
