Payflex is the worst

Wish I never made use of there services, I made a purchase in January paid in the firts payment , second month they did debit, this month they did not debit, I tried to make a payment but all payments failed mind you all my debits went off and there was no issue with my card. I emailed them no response... I send them a message on WhatsApp they said that there is a problem were payment plans was not allocated and that they working on the problem, then the day after payment was due I receive a SMS saying that I have to pay a extra R125 as I missed a payment. I went on the App again to try and make another payment but I could not even excess my orders as it was just loading, I finally just went on Google and try to access my profile from there only to find out that I have to reload all my details as there was no account and no card number.... After I put in all that details my paymnet plus penelty went off.... Looks like they trying to make money by not deducting and then billing for late payments
