payflex is ruiling my life!!!

I've been a payflex like for as long as i don't remember. Ive been paying on time but somehow my spend limit went from R9900 to R2200 without any valid reason this is riddiculous what am i suppose to do this that spend limit. black friday is around the corner and they decide to spilt in my face like this after being a loyal client for this long? i am so annoyed

my issue is still not resolved. you guys increase my spend limit up to R4500. if you look on my profile that is not enough for me. i recently made a purchase of R11 000 and R5000 that should indicate to you that R4500 is not enough for me. instead of increase my spend limit you decrease i don't understand coz my payment are made on time.
