PayFlex is One of the Worst Service Providers
PayFlex is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Tried to join as a merchant but got absolutely no support. Dealt with Shaun Olsen, but he should not work at a company that is a service provider as he does not give any support at all, and all my e-mails get ignored.

We have tried to discuss this with you on a recent phone call, but you put the phone down on us. Multiple emails were sent to you in the past as well to advise you of the decline.
Your review has no doubt been posted as a result of your merchant application being declined and your personal dissatisfaction with Payflex's response to you in this regard.
Please note that Payflex has the right to decline any merchant that does not meet the minimum risk requirements that are set.
This is to protect our clients and Payflex from potential financial loss that could be incurred due to high risk merchants. This is also done to protect the good name and reputation of Payflex.

What an arrogant company. As soon as I wrote the mail, they claimed that they phoned multiple times and that they had sent e-mails. No emails and no calls from them. Just useless!
In our phone call, they said they could not approve that our clients can get funding. The arrogant gentleman told me they do not need to discuss why it was not approved. Such an attitude. This was for our website so that our customers could get funding. This is the most useless company I ever dealt with.
www.payflex.co.za is a no-go for any store that wants to use them as a service provider!!!!
