Payflex is not a friendly service provider or efficient

Payflex.....Thabang... The customer service on queries is beyond poor. To date, I am unable to upload bank details, they removed my card and used another card for debiting, I have asked for a manager - no call I asked the advisor to call - no call the email process is pathetic they do not answer their landline Then they are not correct amounts on the app still I do not have the item and they are still collecting full amounts
