Payflex is horrible

I ordered a wardrobe at Bawas Furniture online using Payflex. The first instalment immediately went through and the other two are pending, set to go off on my next pay date but I didn’t receive an order number, I went to Bawas and they said they didn’t not receive anything from Payflex, meaning they charged me for nothing. I’ve been trying to reach Payflex for two weeks with no success.
