Payflex is *****... be careful

This was my first and last time using such a useless payment service. This started when I saw a sound bar on special at Incredible Connection and after trying numerous times to pay and getting errors the transaction was successful. The order was never created after my money was deducted. The following morning I took my time trying to find out what could be the problem and the useless support kept on blaming Incredible Connection for their system glitches. I got replies from a bunch of clueless people who did not manage to resolve the query and even later on Friday the money was still not reflecting and the order was never created.

I got tired of the drama and bought the same soundbar somewhere else because Incredible Connection was telling me to wait for 24/48hrs for the issue to be resolved and wait for another 3-5day for the soundbar to be delivered which was ridiculous. I told them to cancel the order but they kept on telling me that the system does not show any order and they will have to wait for the money to reflect before they can cancel.

I doubt I will ever use this useless service because they play blame games with my money and not taking responsibility for their system. I did my part and I hate it when I get bad service and I want my money back. How can they deduct the money and not create an order? This is *****.

You guys should start investing in system testing
