Payflex is a ****
DO NOT USE! It is a ****, I've emailed them a couple of time and the only reply I have received was them asking for a photo of me holding my ID. I sent it to them and have heard nothing, I emailed again and it seems I am being ignored.

We have looked at the timeline of the query and note that you originally logged your first query at 12:17 on the 24 November.
The first response from our team was at 13:00. We do realize this may seem a long time to respond to some people. But considering the time of year and the volumes we are experiencing this is well within an acceptable SLA.
You then responded at 13:06 with the required information.
Once again we noticed you became impatient and as we did not responded to you within your expected time frame. You no doubt became impatient and responded again at 13:59 with " Nevermind. I have made another plan."
From the above we are truly confused as to why you would write a review that called Payflex a ****.
Payflex are an online business and apply strict security rules to protect our customers. When customer details need to be verified we require a photo of them holding up their original ID.
This is the same as when walking into a bank (which we are like) and before they give you full access to their services they will always ask for your original identification card while you are there in person.
The photo of you with your original ID Card is the only way we can verify a customer and ensure they can be provided access to all our benefits and protect our customers at the same time.
