Payflex is a ****
I purchased an item using Payflex from Superbalist only to find out that Supaberlists had no stock and cancelled the purchase a day later, however, Payflex had alreeady deducted money from my account I had E-mailed them to inform them that the item has been cancelled and they had refunded the monies to Payflex, which should be returned to me as I have not received the item. I spoke on E-mail to a lady named Faith Makhaye who claims that no purchase was cancelled and they will not be returning any money to me. This Payflex is a **** and offers no assistance to people, they don't refund you and I recommend no one use this site they will ***** your money.

Your complaint is not valid and not fair as you quoted an incorrect reference number in your query to our support desk today.
We have made every attempt to call you to clear the confusion, but you are not answering your phone, which is a great pity.
In your original email referred to an order that was processed at the end of June. So, when our agent checked that number, she was correct in her response that no refund was processed.
However, had you quoted the correct reference number she would have confirmed that the order was refunded and the instalment due to you was indeed refunded back to your bank account on the 15th August.
Please check your account for the refund of R129.75. In our refund emails it does take a few days for a refund to clear.
