Payflex is a ****

Payflex is a ****. I bought goods at Makro that were malfunctioning, and sent them back for a refund. By the time my refund was approved I had already paid them in full. When I call Makro to find out about the refund, they tell me the paid it to Payflex by the 19th Feb. Payflex won’t refund me and they are not accessible by calls, and are not responsive on e-mails. The amount is just over 10 thousand rand.
