Payflex HORRIBLE experience

I am so disappointed in there services, we have worked hard for our money to be reaped off like this, placed an order through Makro using Payflex services the order was unsuccessful but Payflex charged me for the first installment of the order. I’m livid about this and when you contact there customer support nothing, nothing at all. Last time using there service.
