Payflex horrible customer service

Payflex has left me so frustrated as a customer. They must have the poorest customer service model to date. They have minimal contact channels, and their response times for resolutions are terrible. They often lose tickets logged on their portal without even contacting you. I'm left frustrated and helpless cause I don't know how to actually speak to anyone in your customer service department. Can anyone help!
