Payflex has the worst customer service platform.

Payflex deducted money from my account and I did not purchase anything from Payflex. Three transactions with different amounts was deducted from my account. I logged two queries regarding my matter and my ticket numbers are 676036 and 698979. To this date I have not been assisted. The sad part is they do not have contact numbers, it’s only their customer support system which is failing me and it’s a nightmare. So please be careful with Payflex they will deduct your money without your knowledge and will not take accountability. I am really disappointed.
