Payflex has No customer service at all

So my payment was declined on Saturday, I tried to make a payment but kept getting an error message. I tried calling but was on hold for almost an hour. Penalty fee was then added to my account regardless of my attampts to contact them. The last ting I received was a confirmation email and nothing else. I am so diaspointed with their lack of customer support. Please help
