Payflex give me back my Money

I made a purchase at woolworths using payflex on the 23rd of june 2025 my purchase did not go through apparently because of the repayment method I selected which was 2 months. An amount of R498.34 went out of my account but when I call woolworths I was told to contact payflex, I have send numerous emails to payflex but I still haven't received my money, I contacted absa and they confirmed that the money went out of my account successfully. I don't know what to do I am a single parent and every send counts. I wanted to buy boots for my kids and winter is almost done. I am really not okay because of this.
