Payflex forcing penalties and ignoring customer feedback

I have been. Trying to withdraw from a returned order into my account that payflex debits in order to pay off an existing order

Conviently payflex do not allow you to take your refunded amount in your payflex wallet to pay toward existing orders

I did not know this

It begs the question why can you not do this I think it’s pretty obvious that it would be beneficial to their customers

As it is very much a hindrance

So whilst I’m trying to address this payflex conviently start penalising me late payment fees all the while the money I need to make payment is sitting in my payflex wallet

Even worse for many days now I cannot withdraw the amount out of my payflex wallet in order to sent the funds into my account which they debit

I explain this to them and I get no response

It’s like they want you to make late payments so they can penalise you

The money I need to pay them I can’t withdraw and they continue to send penalties

Why should I pay penalties for a late payment I can’t make because of their very system

Can we be fair here if I can’t withdraw due to their system can I in turn send them penalties

It’s an absolute joke
