Payflex failed to get back to me with my query.

I have been using payflex for a while now and this month I decided to pay everything that own before the date of payment using EFT with different account and and the payments did go through but did not reflect on payflex app, okay after 2 day I did pay with card with the card I usually use and it went through and did reflect on payflex app I did all this think the payment wi either bounce back or will also appear on the app as extra payment none of that happened. I send the query and I received an email after 2 days saying I need to send order numbers and prof of payment and the email saying my case is closed. I did send whay they requested but I have never heard from them again. What annoys the most is that I cannot call them. So now I believe I have been ****med by payflex.
