Hi  Tshilumela

 Thanks for your review.

We can understand how upsetting this must be.

Please see the explanation below for what has occurred.

When someone captures a card to their profile we assume that card belongs to that customer,  as a 3D authentication is done with the card holders bank.

Should the Primary card on the customer profile not have funds when Payflex collects instalments, especially those in arrears, Payflex is authorized to collect outstanding instalments from any card that is on a customer profile.

Please see section 8 of our terms and conditions on our website https://payflex.co.za/terms-conditions/ which a customer accepts at the date of registration.

We have extracted section 8.3 below for your ease of reference.

"8.3. In the event that we are unsuccessful in obtaining payment from your Card account for an Instalment on the due date, you irrevocably authorise us to:

8.3.1. take payment of the overdue Instalment Payment including any Default Fees from any of your Card accounts at any date.

8.3.2. accelerate the due date of all future Instalments for the Instalment Plan that is in arrears, and take payment from any of your Card accounts at any date;

8.3.3. accelerate the due date of all future Instalments for any other Instalment Plan you may have, and take payment from any of your Card accounts at any date;"

Therefore Payflex has acted within the mandate of the terms and conditions accepted by the customer.

Please recover any funds from your friend and please do not lend a card to a friend at any time.

i think your answering, something i didnt ask , maybe if you re-read that can improve your comprehension.
i dont want to use someone's card as my second card. no way in your explanation you seem to address that.The eventualities of certain outcome is not what i want you to address.

address me on what give you right to retain that second card if the owner seem to object.And i cant force her to use her card.
