PAYFLEX ENABLES *****

Payflex is an irresponsible lander. They do not do their ckecks and verifications. I have never had a payflex account nor purchased anything via payflex and will never. They allowed a *****ster to purchase items in my name without verifying. Goods were delivered to whoever. Now I'm being harassed by lawyers for a debt I know nothing about. The telephone number they were given is not mine, the email is not mine but when they used their lawyers to collect they could find my correct number. Now I'm listed for something I do not know. The receiver of the goods signed with an x. NCR should deal with types of lending. This is messing with people's livelihood. It has been almost a month explaining myself, sending affidavits,emails etc and no response from pay flex. PLEASE REMOVE THIS DEBT ON MY NAME AND REMOVE THE BLACKLISTING AS WELL. I owe you nothing do your verification before you extend debt to people you do not know. Their lawyers told me they are sitting with close to 50 matters on similar issues and payflex goes quiet and do not even update on their investigation therefore their hands are tight.
