Payflex

So, when you recommend Payflex to people and they buy after your referral, you get a R200 discount code.

I then went and used my discount code on an order, where the supplier then short delivered an item, which was refunded (R324) to the Payflex account.

The order was for R1935 - the R200 code = R1735 (Order value)

The total less the refund: R1735 – R324 = R1411 (New Order Value)

I have, to date, paid R867.5

Remaining to be paid: R1411 – R867.5 = R543.5 (New total less payments)

But, you are still asking me to pay: R433.75 + R309.75 = R743.5

Their reasoning is that, because they gave me a R200 discount code, that the R200 now applies towards the refund and I'm only being refunded R124.

The ONLY disclaimer was that the order needs to be above R800 to use the discount, which my order currently still is.

So how is it that they are invalidating my discount because of a refund????
