Payflex double deduction on my bank account and not refunding me my money

Payflex deducted twice on my bank account an amount of R889.32 on the 12th of August and 15 August. I have raised this issue via email and website to get a refund of my money as I owe nothing to payflex but I keep getting reference numbers without any assistance. The reference numbers I received are #68974, #69304 and ***. The order number for this is ***. Their call center is not working, it goes to voicemail. If there was a zero I was actually going to rate them that.
