Payflex double debit no response from support

Have have been double debited When on payflex app logged a query Got a ticket number 856441 Got an email sent through documents and noting was done about it they won't even reply to may emails and they sent a email saying ticket closed without resolving it Opened another ticket never got a single response Yet if you don't pay they will be fast to blacklist of charge you late fees
