PAYFLEX DON'T RESPOND REGARDING REFUNDS

I originally bought items from TEMU to the value of R801.

I then realised I had 2 of the same items in my order so requested 2 separate refunds. Temu refunded two amounts of R169 and R105 (see attached). Payflex kept these as payment of my order.

I received my order on 15 August 2025 and returned 3 items to Temu. They refunded an amount of R387 to Payflex. R60.25 was owed to Payflex. I have emailed Payflex querying the balance of due to me?

I have sent several emails querying my refund, to no avail.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

PAYFLEX GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER AND RESPOND TO MY EMAILS

Kindly respond to my email and refund my money.
