Payflex dont get back to me , quick to take money, but no answers when items not deliviered .

I am very disappointed i ordered from 99 rands store and paid with payflex , i have finished paying payflex and still havent recieved my delivery . I have tried phoning 99 rands store the numbers dont work, i have asked payflex to please follow up as to why my items havent arrived, i have yet to get a response from them . I have emailed them 4 times already.

I put my trust in payflex to order from that store as i know payflex is meant to be a secure and real thing .

What do i do? I am in jhb , so i cant go to the address of 99 rands store as they in kzn .
