Payflex doesn’t wanna pay my refund

I bought and paid via Payflex in December and was billed twice for the same items which then looked like there were 2 orders for the same item, same value but different order number. I started communicating with a lady by the name of Anna from the 12th December to bring this to their attention. I’ve had to pay for both these orders so that I don’t spoil my name and with the hope that I would be obviously refunded. They have also communicated with the store and the store confirmed that only 1 order came through on their side! Payflex still does not wanna pay my R1300 till today.
