Payflex Discount Issue Resolved

I had an issue that resulted from the online store I purchased from not having the actual stock which resulted in me losing my first-time use discount promotion from PayFlex. After speaking to Chule Majeke regarding this (despite it taking some time to exactly explain what the problem really is) he then escalated the matter and it was later resolved by Chris Olsen. Thank you both for doing the right thing.
