Payflex deducted but payment didn't go through to merchant

Very Unhappy i have been a first time client. No response at all. I have made a payment to my Supplier the payment went through but wasn't received by them. Order toke place last week 4 August 2025 from then i thought maybe the 72hours there chatbot has mentioned could be only there working hours. Today 14 August 2025 marks more than 72 Hours of working time. Monday 18th of August payment is due. If it's not paid i go under default but i have never received any product for the amount i payed. Email address ***. Please sort it out i am a very faithful customer. Payments always on time or before.
